Terra Aquatica NovaMax Grow 500 ml is an ultra-concentrated 1-part liquid grow nutrient with NPK 7-4-10 delivering all macro and micronutrients in a single bottle — formerly known as GHE FloraNova Grow. Enriched with fulvic acids for enhanced nutrient absorption. Contains CaO 4%, MgO 1.5%, SO₃ 4% and chelated trace elements Fe-DTPA, Cu/Mn/Zn-EDTA. NovaMax Grow — formerly GHE FloraNova Grow — is the most concentrated 1-part liquid nutrient on the market. This hybrid mineral-organic formula combines the effectiveness of powder concentrates with the convenience of a liquid and delivers all macro and micronutrients required during the vegetative phase. The 500 ml bottle is the entry-level format in the Terra Aquatica NovaMax programme.
Composition and technology
NovaMax Grow with NPK 7-4-10 is a complete nutrient enriched with natural fulvic acids for optimal uptake:
- Nitrogen 7%: predominantly nitric (NO₃ 6.1%) with a small ammoniacal fraction (NH₄ 0.9%) for directed, balanced growth.
- Phosphorus (P₂O₅ 4%) and potassium (K₂O 10%): support root formation, energy transfer and cell structure.
- Calcium (CaO 4%), magnesium (MgO 1.5%) and sulphur (SO₃ 4%): no additional CalMag required.
- Chelated trace elements: iron 0.1% DTPA, copper 0.01% EDTA, manganese 0.03% EDTA, zinc 0.02% EDTA.
- Fulvic acids: improve absorption and transport of nutrients to plant cells.
Dosage by growing method
NovaMax is extremely concentrated — never exceed 2.5 ml/L. Shake the bottle well before each use as sediment may form at the bottom:
- Hydro and coco: 0.3 ml/L (first roots) → 1 ml/L (first leaves) → 1.5 ml/L (full growth).
- Soil: 0.1 ml/L (first roots) → 0.8 ml/L (first leaves) → 1.2 ml/L (full growth).
- Pre-flowering: combine 1 ml/L Grow with 1 ml/L NovaMax Bloom for a gradual transition.

Is NovaMax Grow the same as FloraNova Grow?
Yes, NovaMax is the European successor to GHE FloraNova. Production now takes place in France, resulting in lower costs and European-sized packaging. The formula has been improved with better sources of fulvic acid.
Do I need additional CalMag with NovaMax?
No, NovaMax Grow already contains 4% CaO and 1.5% MgO. No supplemental calcium or magnesium is required. Do not add CalMag to NovaMax to avoid nutritional imbalance.
Why do I need to shake the bottle well?
Due to the extreme concentration and presence of organic components, sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle. This is normal and does not indicate spoilage. Shake well before each use to ensure homogeneous distribution of all nutrients.
Can I mix NovaMax Grow and Bloom?
Yes, during the transition from growth to flowering you can mix Grow and Bloom half-and-half for a gradual transition. Use 1 ml/L of each during pre-flowering. Once flowering is fully underway, switch entirely to NovaMax Bloom.
