More effective than a Sono-Connect alone
A Sono-Connect duct dampens noise along the run, but a silencer is more concentrated and more effective at the loudest point. The ideal setup: a silencer right after the fan, followed by Sono-Connect for the rest. That delivers maximum acoustic comfort.
Flexible and easy to fit
The flexible design allows installation in compact grow tents where rigid silencers will not fit. Gently curve the silencer in the direction you need and secure both ends with a 60–135 mm clamp. Avoid sharp kinks that would restrict airflow.

Can I stack two silencers for extra noise reduction?
You can, but the effect is not doubled. A single silencer right after the fan already removes most of the noise. A second one adds some damping but also increases air resistance. In most cases, one silencer combined with a Sono-Connect duct is more effective.
