Dual-sensor humidity management: humidifier and dehumidifier modes
The standout feature is the integrated humidity regulation module. The built-in dual sensor monitors temperature and relative humidity simultaneously. When humidity drops below the target, the controller activates a connected humidifier; when it rises too high, it triggers a dehumidifier. What is the difference between the Cli-Mate Mini-Controller HUMI and the standard Mini-Controller?
The HUMI version adds full humidity regulation to all the functions of the standard Mini-Controller. It includes a dual sensor measuring temperature and relative humidity simultaneously, plus a dedicated output for a humidifier or dehumidifier. The standard Mini-Controller does not include humidity control or a dual sensor.
How does the hysteresis setting work on the Mini-Controller HUMI 7A?
Hysteresis sets the temperature band within which the controller tolerates fluctuation before triggering a response. With a 25°C target and 3° hysteresis, fans activate at 28°C and deactivate at 22°C. A higher hysteresis value means fewer switching cycles and reduced wear on connected equipment.
Can I connect both a humidifier and dehumidifier to the Mini-Controller HUMI?
One humidity output is available with a mode selector. You choose humidifier or dehumidifier mode and connect the corresponding device. Only one appliance can be active at a time. Switching modes requires repositioning the selector and swapping the connected device.
