The 250 mm coupling is the biggest connector we stock. Join two Alu-Dec 250 mm ducts for a continuous channel in industrial and commercial ventilation systems.
Built for industrial loads
At 250 mm the air volumes and pressures are substantial. The connector must withstand those forces without deforming or pulling apart. This coupling is reinforced compared to the smaller sizes. Use it in greenhouses, warehouses, large-scale grow facilities and production environments where reliability is non-negotiable.
Secure fitting at large scale
Push each duct at least 8 cm over the connector and secure with a 60–370 mm clamp per side. Support the duct right next to the coupling with hanging brackets or support rails. Check clamp tightness regularly, especially on systems that run continuously.

Is the 250 mm coupling suitable for a 315 mm system with a reducer?
No, the 250 mm coupling only fits 250 mm ducts. A 315 mm system requires a 315 mm connector, which is not currently in our range. An alternative is to slide ducts directly into each other and secure them with aluminium tape and a hose clamp.
